Privacy Policy:  All client information is kept private and confidential. Loving Care Pet Sitting highly respects our clients entrusting us with the care of their home and their loving pets.

Reservations:  Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If you have particular dates in mind, please call us as far in advance as possible to reserve your dates. If you will be traveling during a major holiday, booking at least 2 months in advance is a smart move.

Emergencies/Last Minute Scheduling:  While we will make every attempt to accommodate your needs, availability on short notice is dependent on our current schedule. If you are a new client with a last minute need, a complimentary "Get Acquainted" meeting is required before services begin.

Confirmation:  Loving Care Pet Sitting will either call or send a confirmation email before your departure. Since emails are not 100% reliable, please reply to our email or call us directly prior to leaving.

Payments:

New Clients: Upon booking your pet care services, payment in full or 50% of invoice is due. Any remaining balance will be due on the first day of service.

Established Clients: Payment will be due on the first day of service.  For bookings over two weeks in advance a 50% deposit of fee is due to reserve dates with the balance due at first day of service.

All Pets Under One Roof:  No pet will be "overlooked" in return for a lower rate.  Loving Care Pet Sitting is responsible and honor-bound to care for every pet in your home. Although some types of animals require less attention than others (i.e. fish, birds, turtles, etc.), we cannot ignore any pet living under your roof while you're away. Rates vary accordingly, but every pet will be under our care.

Every Other Day Pet Sitting:  For the safety and well being of your pet, and their psychological need for frequent human contact, we do not do every other day pet visits.  All pet sitting services must be scheduled at least one time per day, in consecutive days in a row, from the day after your departure to the day before your arrival dates. This assures us that your pet can be helped in a reasonable amount of time.

Oral Medications:  No charge for administering medication, as long as it can be administered during the pet sitting visit with sufficient time to still provide proper care of your pet's other needs.  Additionally, if a pet requires medication, but is extremely shy, scared or aggressive towards being medicated, it may be best for that pet stay at your treating veterinarian's office while you are away.

Key Ready Program:  Should you choose, free of charge, Loving Care Pet Sitting will keep your keys in a secure location so we can more easily serve you and your pets for future visits.  Most of our clients chose the convenience of being in the key ready program due to working late, short notice trip or in an emergency.

Mileage Fee:  $5 per visit for those located over 9 miles from our office.  Fee covers additional driving time and mileage.  Google maps is used to look up mileage.

Holidays:  We provide pet sitting service on the following holidays:  Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. There is a $10 per day surcharge for holiday periods.

Availability for holidays is not guaranteed unless arrangement and payment is made in advance.

PET UPDATES:

Daily Pet Visit Log:  For our vacationing clients, we will keep a daily log of what took place during each visit to your pets.  We will leave this for you on the last day of the service so you can catch up on what your pets were up to while you were gone.

Text Message Updates:  Should you choose, we will periodically send you text message updates of your pets' activities.  We highly recommend that you utilize this free service.  It's very good for your piece of mind while you're gone!

Phone Updates:  If at any time you would like to check on your pets, you may call Loving Care Pet Sitting between the hours of 8am - 7pm daily.  Typically, we will not call you unless there is an emergency.

SPECIAL SERVICES:

Grooming Pet Care:  If your vacation is lengthy and your pet requires a trip to the groomers, we can accommodate you if arrangements are made IN ADVANCE of your departure. A transportation charge will be made for this service.
