New Clients:  Your complimentary initial "Get Acquainted" consultation is the first step before a reservation can be confirmed.

We will personally come to your home to meet you, and your pet(s) to ensure that your pets will respond positively to us as well as feel comfortable with us in their territory.  We like to allow enough time to be sure all questions are asked and answered so expect this time to be a minimum of an hour.

• This is an opportunity for us meet you and to interact with your pet(s). 
  

• During this time we will discuss pet routines, care instructions and complete necessary forms.  At this time we will pick up 2 keys and take your reservation payment.

• If possible, please give us at least 7 days notice prior to start of pet care services.  Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Full payment (for less than 3 day service or deposit is due at initial "Get Acquainted" meeting.

Note:   Interviews or second consultations, there is a $15 fee.

Note:  Dog Walking Clients:  

• Payment for the first week of service is due at the "Get Acquainted" meeting unless other arrangements are made. Subsequent payments are due at the first visit of each week.
