New Clients:  Your initial "Get Acquainted" consultation is the first step before a reservation can be confirmed.

We will personally come to your home to meet you, your dog, cat and/or other pets.  We like to allow enough time to be sure all questions are asked and answered so expect this time to be a minimum of an hour.

• This is an opportunity for us meet you and to interact with your pet(s). 
  

• During this time we will discuss pet routines, special care instructions and complete necessary forms.  At this time we will pick up 2 keys and take your reservation payment.

• If possible, please give us at least 7 days notice prior to start of pet care services.  Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• For interviews or a second consultation, there is a $15 fee.

Note:  Dog Walking Clients:  

• Payment for the first week of service is due at the "Get Acquainted" meeting unless other arrangements are made. Subsequent payments are due at the first visit of each week or month.
